The Seguin Services family of companies (Seguin Services, Inc., Seguin Gardens & Gifts, Seguin Auto Center and Seguin Lawn Care) takes seriously the protection and proper use of your personal information, including your identity, credit card information and social security numbers.

Seguin does not share customer information (including e-mail addresses) outside the Seguin family of companies. We may disclose information to identify or contact you, to protect your rights or the rights of Seguin, or as required by law.

Even within the Seguin family of companies, we restrict access to your information to those individuals who need it to take your donation or provide you with the products or services you are purchasing from Seguin.

By joining our regular mail and email lists, you will receive our annual publications including our Spotlight newsletters and Annual Report, Capital Campaign newsletters, and sales announcements and requests to join us in supporting individuals with developmental disabilities and other special needs by making donations or attending our fundraising events and award ceremonies.

Security

Our website uses SSL 40-bit encryption to protect your information. This gives you the highest level of protection possible whenever you make a donation to Seguin Services using your credit card or make other financial or confidential transactions by encrypting all of your personal information including your name, address, phone number, email address, donation amounts, credit card information and billing information.

Return Policy

Seguin Services does not offer refunds for donations or the purchase of tickets for fundraising events or sponsorships of fundraising events except in extraordinary circumstances where a donor accidentally donated or purchased multiple quantities of their intended donation or purchase due to computer error. In this instance, Seguin will honor the donor's intention.
